Each candle is made to order. Production takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks, followed by shipping time (depending on your destination). This waiting period is part of the Candléïa experience: receiving a creation that is crafted especially for you.

Where are Candléïa scented candles made?
All of our candles are hand-poured by our manufacturing partner in Portugal, chosen for its expertise and uncompromising quality standards.
Can I choose different fragrances within one gift box?
Yes. The Signature Gift Box allows you to select three different fragrances, while the Elegance Gift Box contains one candle of your choice, perfect as a thoughtful gift or a personal moment of calm.
Do you accept returns?
Each candle is made to order and prepared with the utmost care. Due to its personalised nature, orders cannot be returned once they have been confirmed.
However, if your gift box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. Every situation is reviewed with care, and an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our gift boxes are shipped throughout France and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.
