How do Candléïa pre-orders work?

Candléïa operates primarily on a pre-order basis: each candle is hand-poured after your purchase. This allows us to limit waste, preserve the freshness of our scented creations, and remain faithful to responsible and humane production.
What are the delivery times?

Every candle takes time. Manufacturing takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks, plus shipping time (depending on your country). This wait is part of the Candléïa experience: receiving a creation that didn't exist before you.
What materials do you use?

Each Candléïa candle is a meeting of noble materials from elsewhere, brought together to create a moment of harmony.

  • Soy wax, of European origin, 100% vegetable, for a soft and respectful flame.
  • Carefully woven cotton wicks allow the light to shine through without artifice.
  • Ceramic pots crafted in Greece, with pure lines, designed to extend their life beyond the candle.
  • Perfumes created in Grasse, the world capital of scents, where master perfumers create delicate and timeless accords.

Where are candles made?

All our candles are hand-poured by artisan candle makers in Portugal, renowned for their expertise in ceramics and high-end candles.
Can I order multiple fragrances in one set?

Yes! The Signature Box allows you to choose three different candles, and the Single Candle Box contains a single candle, for an intimate gift or a moment for yourself.
Do you offer returns?

Our candles are poured and prepared with the utmost care. Due to their handmade and personalized nature, we do not offer returns once the order has been confirmed.

However, if your box arrives damaged or incomplete, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Each situation will be carefully and courteously examined, and a suitable solution will be offered (replacement, credit note, or refund, as appropriate).
